Common Help
- Can't sign in: verify your phone number and password, then retry.
- Subscription access issue: sign out/in once, then re-open Live page.
- Day Pass issue: include race name/date and your phone number when contacting support.
Account Deletion
RaceScan users can delete their account directly in the app or website after logging in.
- Log in to your RaceScan account.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What is deleted: account profile data and active login session. Subscription access and day-pass entitlements tied to that account are removed.
If you cannot access your account, contact info@racescan.racing from the email or phone on your account for manual deletion help.
Deletion requests are processed immediately once confirmed.
